What we collect and why
Booking and contact details you give us (name, email, optional phone, session details and notes) to schedule and deliver your session, and billing details for invoices. We never see or store card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.
Service providers
Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (photo storage, spam protection), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting).
No selling or ad tracking
We do not sell or share personal data for advertising and use no advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used.
Your photos
Client galleries are private and shared only through a private link. Images appear in our portfolio only with your written consent, which you may withdraw.
Retention
Unconverted inquiries: 12 months. Invoices: 7 years (tax records). Galleries: until the expiry stated in your contract.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your data. We respond within 45 days.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data online from children under 13; parents or guardians book on their behalf.
Do Not Track
We do no cross-site tracking, so DNT signals do not change our behavior.
